Managing your password

Along with your User name (your email address), your Password is your key to logging into Telstra Trades Assist.  If you have forgotten or need to change your password, this article will show you how to manage your password using the Android app.

Tip: Log in using your Email address and Password if you are opening Telstra Trades Assist for the first time. Contact your admin If you’re unsure of the email address used for your Telstra Trades Assist account

  1. If you are unsure of your password, reset the password by tapping mceclip0.png

  1. The following screen will appear

  1. Enter the email address used for your Telstra Trades Assist login and tap mceclip3.png
  2. A message will appear and a password reset email will be sent to your email address

  1. From your inbox locate the email from Telstra@tradesassist.com.au.

  1. Tap the email to open it

  1. Tap mceclip7.png
  2. You will be redirected to a web page using your devices default browser
  3. Enter and re-enter your new password

Tip: Set a new password which must have at least 8 characters long and contain one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter as well as one number.

  1. Tap mceclip9.png when both fields have been filled
  2. Tap mceclip10.png to reopen Telstra Trades Assist
  3. Enter your Telstra Trades Assist email and newly created password

  1. Tap mceclip12.png
  2. You are now logged in using your newly reset password

Tip:  You can also contact your admin if you need to perform a password reset
