Features Added

Admin Console 

Ordering Kennards Hire Equipment

We’re pleased to announce our partnership with Kennards Hire enables you to hire equipment directly from the Telstra Trades Assist Admin Console, saving time and allowing you to do more from the one place.  This is just the beginning with the initial release allowing you to:

  • Search the Kennards Hire catalogue
  • Obtain a hire rate
  • Request the hire of equipment - delivery or pick-up

You can access the Kennards Hire tile in Partners


Minor bug fixes and usability improvements

Admin Console

Filter Jobs by ‘Assigned’

  • You can now filter Jobs by ‘Assigned’ Job Status allowing you to see jobs already allocated to a worker


  • Notifications on outstanding invoices will be cleared after all invoices have been generated.

Titles of projects

  • Project titles will now display correctly

Sync of accounting data

  • When integrating your accounting software with Telstra Trades Assist, it’s now clearer that the sync process is underway and the Sync button is disabled until a previously requested synchronisation is completed

Closed Jobs now visible in Calendar

  • Jobs that have been closed or completed now appear in the individual Workers’ Calendar, allowing you to look back on all work completed



The changes will automatically be shown on the Admin Console next time you log in.
