Here is a summary of the changes included in version 1.1.1

Features Added

App Modernisation

  • We’ve improved usability and access of the Telstra Trades Assist app with multiple display uplifts including minor bug fixes

Project Attachments

  • Attach, view and manage photos and documents against Project Jobs via the app. This includes any attachment uploaded against a job in the Admin Console so your worker can easily access and view them in the field and subsequently any attachments uploaded by your worker in the field also are accessible and visible in the Admin Console.

 

Minor bug fixes and usability improvements

Mobile Application

All Resolved:

  • Inability to update mandatory customer fields after initial customer creation
  • Length of characters larger than checklist question field weren’t wrapping correctly
  • Unable to save answers as text when included as part of a checklist on a job

These changes will automatically apply once you follow the steps below to update your iPad and iPhone app to version 1.1.1:

  1. Open the App Store on your device
  2. Tap Updates
  3. Find Telstra Trades Assist in the list
  4. Tap Update
