Viewing and Editing Project Stages

Project stages are the foundations from which you can plan the actual work that needs to be completed on a project, and who it needs to be scheduled to.

This article will show you how to view and edit an existing project stage

Viewing a Project Stage

  1. Click mceclip0.png from the side menu
  2. Select the relevant project

  1. Click the mceclip1.png tab from the Progress Bar at the top

Tip: Click mceclip4.png to filter the jobs displayed by job priority and status

  1. Click and drag mceclip6.png next to a stage or job name to re-order the stages or jobs within a stage

 

  1. Click mceclip7.png from the top right hand corner of the stage then click sort to sort the jobs within the Job #, Due Date or Title.

 

 

Editing a Project Stage

  1. Follow steps 1 – 3 to navigate to Jobs & Stages
  2. Click mceclip7.png from the top right hand corner of the stage.

 

  1. Click mceclip10.png from the list of options

 

  1. Update the Stage Name, Section Description and From and To dates as required.

 

Deleting a Project Stage

  1. Click mceclip7.png from the top right hand corner of the stage.

 

  1. Click mceclip11.png from the list of options.

Tip: Deleting a stage is only possible if there are no jobs within the stage. Learn how to edit and delete a project job from within a stage here.
