Planning a Project Stage

Project planning is broken down into two levels of detail. Stages, which let you organise Jobs into categories of your choice, and the Jobs that sit within those Stages. How you create Stages depends on how you set up your Quotes: If you divided up your Quote into Sections that also match your preferred delivery Stages, you can import sections from the quote to quickly create them. Otherwise, you can create them manually.

Accessing Jobs & Stages

  1. Click mceclip0.png from the Side Menu
  2. Click the Project you would like to work on
  3. Click mceclip1.png tab from the progress bar at the top

Tip: manually creating the stages can be time consuming but it does allow you to input a description and start/finish dates, which importing from Quotes does not. Learn how to edit a project stage to add this information after importing the quote here.
