Viewing and editing an SLA

 

Sometimes you may need to edit or delete existing SLA’s as they change or are no longer required.

This article shows you how to view and edit an existing SLA using the Admin Console.

Tip: Learn how to create a new SLA here.

 

Viewing an SLA

  1. Click  from the Side Menu
  2. Click  from the expanded menu

 

 

Editing an SLA

  1. Click the SLA to be edited

 

  1. Edit any fields required
  2. Click 

 

Deleting an SLA

  1. Click  from the Side Menu
  2. Click  from the expanded menu

 

  1. Click  from the action column
  2. Click
  3. The SLA has been deleted.
