Here is a summary of the changes included in version 0.8.4


Features Added

Admin Console

  • A suite of reports is now available to be generated with the ability to save as PDF or CSV files, allowing greater visibility of the business. Reports include:
    1. Jobs
    2. Job summary
    3. Jobs by worker
    4. Repeating jobs
    5. Outstanding quotes
    6. Invoice summary
    7. Assets
    8. Customer details
    9. Stock
    10. Supplier pricing


Minor bug fixes and usability improvements

Admin Console

  • Clicking a Module on the Side Menu now automatically expands to show any sub-components
  • The ‘CANCEL’, ‘SEND QUOTE’, ‘APPROVE & SCHEDULE’, and ‘CREATE’ buttons in the Add Job menu are now grouped together in the same area for easier navigation
  • The Job Status of a job now correctly updates to match the status on the iPhone and iPad app
  • Improved the Worker Invitation and Password Reset emails to be clearer
  • Activation emails can now be resent from the Worker module
  • Improved MYOB Essentials login workflow when previous incorrect login attempts have occurred
  • Invoices synced to MYOB AccountRight Live will generate paid receipts if the job is marked as paid when being closed
  • Users with insurance policies close to expiring can now see options for other insurers on the Insurance page
  • The layout for has been improved for users accessing it with Internet Explorer 11


iPhone and iPad App

  • Site Addresses can now be added during the Job creation workflow
  • Improved the visibility of the Materials menu in relation to the keyboard during Job creation
  • The Job Lead menu now has a Cancel button, allowing the ability to cancel out of the job without having to choose a lead
  • Editing notes with pictures uploaded on the Admin console have been improved
  • Jobs are now displaying in the correct area of the Jobs tab, as per their current status
  • The Password Reset page has been improved visually
  • The App version is now displayed at the bottom of the login screen for better visibility
  • Users with insurance policies close to expiring now have the option to see other insurers through the reminder notification


The changes will automatically be shown on the Admin Console next time you log in.  To update your iPad and iPhone app to version 0.8.4 follow these steps:

  1. Open the App Store on your device
  2. Tap Updates
  3. Find Telstra Trades Assist in the list
  4. Tap Update
