Assets Reporting

 

Asset Reports allow you to see a summary of all company owned and customer assets. They show a range of information including asset creation date, serial numbers, warranty periods, asset description, customer details and asset status.

Generating a Stock Report

  1. Click  from the Side Menu
  2. Click Asset Report

 

  1. Select the date range you wish the report to cover
  2. Select the output format (either PDF or CSV)

Unique search criteria for Assets

Serial No

  1. Click the field next to Serial No  to run a report for a specific Serial Number
  2. Enter the relevant Serial Number
  3. Click 

Description

  1. Click the field next to Description  to run a report for a specific Asset Description
  2. Enter the relevant Asset Description
  3. Click 

Customer Name

  1. Click the field next to Customer Name  to run a report for a specific Customer
  2. Enter the relevant Customer Name
  3. Click 

Address

  1. Click the field next to Address  to run a report for a specific Address
  2. Enter the relevant Address
  3. Click
