Asset Reports allow you to see a summary of all company owned and customer assets. They show a range of information including asset creation date, serial numbers, warranty periods, asset description, customer details, and asset status.

Generating a Stock Report
- Click
from the Side Menu
- Click Asset Report
- Select the date range you wish the report to cover
- Select the output format (either PDF or CSV)

Unique search criteria for Assets
Serial No
- Click the field next to Serial No
to run a report for a specific Serial Number
- Enter the relevant Serial Number
- Click
Description
- Click the field next to Description
to run a report for a specific Asset Description
- Enter the relevant Asset Description
- Click
Customer Name
- Click the field next to Customer Name
to run a report for a specific Customer
- Enter the relevant Customer Name
- Click
Address
- Click the field next to Address
to run a report for a specific Address
- Enter the relevant Address
