Stock Reporting

Stock Reports show the valuation of stock, the quantity of stock on hand, stock allocated to a job or a stock order from a supplier.

This article will cover details specific to generating Stock Reports.

Generating a Stock Report

  1. Click  from the Side Menu
  2. Click Stock Report

  1. Select the date range you wish the report to cover
  2. Select the output format (either PDF or CSV)

Unique search criteria Stock Report

Part No

  1. Click the field next to Part Nomceclip3.pngto run a report for a specific Part Number
  2. Enter the relevant Part Number

Part Name

  1. Click the field next to Part Name mceclip3.png to run a report for a specific Part Name
  2. Enter the relevant Part Name

Group Description

  1. Click the field next to Group Description mceclip3.png to run a report for a specific Part Group description
  2. Enter the relevant Part Group description
