Telstra Trades Assist allows you to log in either through the Admin Console on PC or through the mobile app on iPhone or iPad.

Logging in.

  1. Open the Telstra Trades Assist website https://www.tradesassist.com.au/ in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Safari.

Tip:  Microsoft Internet Explorer is not supported by Telstra Trades Assist.

  1. Clickin the top right corner of the screen. 

 

  1. Enter your email address and password and click .

Tip: Business owners, admins and workers can all access Telstra Trades Assist through the same login page.  Your level of access will determine what you can see and do once you are logged in.

Tip:  If you’ve forgotten your login ID or password, click the  link to recover your ID and reset your password. Click here to see how to manage your password.

 

Multi environments

Telstra Trades Assist allows you to log in to multiple businesses accounts.  Once you log in to your account you will be presented with all of the accounts/businesses you are associated with. 

 

Click the  button (or  if you have administrator access) for the appropriate account and you will be taken to that company’s dashboard.
